As we develop this ministry, like any “organization,” there are a number of expenses to deal with at the “Home Office” level. They could include …

Lawyer fees, Accountants & Bookkeeping costs, Printing, Stationary, Telephone/Cell Phone, Postage, Website Design and Management, a Database Management Software Program, Bank Fees, Travel, and Advertising and Fundraising Expenses. These are all typical expenses that come under the “Administration” category in our Business Plan.

These are real costs, and must be covered by Donations, just like every Project we are involved in, and every Staff Person working and serving in this ministry.

Unlike many Ministry Organizations, it is our desire NOT to deduct a percentage from donations received at FHP to help fund our Administration Expenses. It is very common for organizations to do exactly that, by deducting anywhere from 10% to over 20% from donations received.

It is Father's Heart Projects intention to ensure that 100% of the money you donate is used for the Child, Widow, Project or Staff Member to which you have contributed.

That being said, we have numerous financial needs which include the previously mentioned “less glamorous,” but important items, that fall within our Calgary – General Fund.
