The Father's Heart Primary School Project

In January 2009, we launched our first Father's Heart Primary School for 60 children from Kindergarten to Grade 3. In November of that year, we started construction of a new rural school which is expected to contain seven classrooms and approximately 150 students. We hope to complete construction in late 2011 or early 2012. Many of the students are the children from our Kisumu Child Sponsorship Project, and the others are from the community where our school is situated in.

Father's Heart Projects, through our Ministry Partners have funded the construction and operations of both of these schools.We are attempting to raise an additional $30,000 to enable us to complete construction of this new and larger school. We employe the teachers and cooks, supply the school materials and books, the uniforms for the children, and all the typical items required for the efficient operation of a school. We also provide two nourishing meals a day to each child attending the school, to assist them in achieving overall good health, and enabling them to focus on their education.
